The application fee and the entry fee are not refundable. (The latter may be paid back in special circumstances upon writing a special request, e.g. when a student could not obtain an entry visa through no fault of his/her own.)
All programs conducted in English are subject to the minimum enrollment of 20 students. These programs will not open unless the minimum enrollment requirement is met.
