Outline of the Program

Those who are interested in completing their internship in Warsaw, at one of the Collegium Civitas Partner Institutions/Organizations are supposed to get in touch with Dr Serge Pukas, Supervisor of Programs in English, serge.pukas@collegium.edu.pl

There is on-rolling admission to the International Internship Program. An internship may be started at any time during the academic year. The applicants are asked to send a CV and a cover letter and fill up an application form (received by email upon contact).

Here are the basic costs:

Internship (from 2 to 6 months): 2600 PLN (airport pick-up, a month transportation pass, city map and guidebook, welcome and farewell dinner, and individual assistance are covered by this fee. Travel and accommodation expenses are borne by the student. Assistance in finding suitable accommodation prior the date of arrival is provided). Medical insurance may be purchased upon arrival (about 130 PLN / two months – 350 PLN / 6 months) or the participant may use the one from her/his home country - write to ask for more details)).

In the nutshell,

You contact us and we find you an internship placement which matches your interests and career expectations.

Internship Fee. Then you pay us about 1200 USD and we put you in touch with your internship supervisor, help you with your arrangements prior to the arrival, meet you at the airport and assist you in everything on the spot.

One Course Attendance. If apart from the internship you are interested in any of the courses in English offered at Collegium Civitas, you are welcome to enroll on any of them. You pay about 300 USD, attend the course and receive an official statement/transcript with your grade at the end of the semester.

Semester Studies. If you are ambitious enough to attend many courses at Collegium Civitas (which may be a good idea, giving the variety and quality of courses in English taught by our faculty and visiting scholars), you may consider paying about 1800 USD and attending as many courses as you wish, obtaining the official statement/transcript as the semester ends.

Cultural Program. In addition to the internship program and academic program, we also offer the cultural program. You pay an extra 900 USD and we take you for a bus city tour, to five museums, to the Opera theater and arrange for your 2 day trip to Cracow.

Lodging and Meals. As to the other expenses, you should budget about 500 USD/month for accommodation (get in touch with us and we will inform you about various options of housing), and 500 USD/month for food and personal expenses.
